No Skill Delay/Speed CE

Guys sorry for asking a question i don't really do that much i had a problem activating No skill delay and Speed hack in CE Vac and Non Ago vac work fine but i saw many people hitting so fast they kill the strongest mobs in 130 map really fast and i want to do the same if anyone can help me to fix that problem i can Assemble but there is no effect... the code might be wrong but i dunno

i only see few ppl doing it,mische,Silicon,Deathlock.. also sorry to say if u cant figure it out using CE,even i know it i will not teach it since it the only hack that exclude me from others.just learn how to edit, theres a tutorial on making it.

Someone told me to use winhex and i found some tutorials but i don't really understand them X_X is there any well detailed guide how to use winhex and add skill delay and stuff?

lol i always get DC when i try intimidate flash...

i tried it with CE and winhex... both methods leads to dc for me... what did i wrong?
i see my mage spams the skills but i got dc... why?

thx in advance... ;)

i made no cooldown and casting time dark avatar and i got no dmg X_X

btw... i think cooldown is server-sided like in dek EU...
i just changed the cast time... but every time i spam the intimidate flashskill i get dc...
what can i do to make it works?

:D i use my mage and imitid flash spamming = dc!! i wonder why it doesn't work like last time. but segnale works well and other class less dc. mage can kill fast and a lot of crash. i level other class until i find some solution. :p

huh? i can spam DA or any skill 8-10 times in row no dc or crash ;) on dekaron EU ofc
