How Do I set npc to give 3rd job change without quests.

If someone could please help with how to get 3rd job without having to do all the quests I have already changed it so that only master class quest is standing in my way in other words changed it so wq1 is standalone and wq2 is standalone but how do i get the regular job change people to offer 3rd job once i am 150 job level 50 without having to do the masterclass set of quests.
