hi guys...im from philippines and now staying here in south korea...ive downloaded the Cabal PH client here but when i tried to log-in it says failed to connect the server... anyone can help me out? a million thanks in advance...

You need to use a PH Proxy or VPN to connect to Cabal PH since there are IP Blocks.
