is there any server with high rates?

Looking for PVP server high rates 300x more.
easy to level, easy to enchantment, easy to tame, easy to get Ruppies/Itens.
only PVP/PK server.

we have no fun server here.
most of admins\devs think that 100x rates it pvp rates.
U don't find good international server with rates more than 100x
it's really boring to see less than 500x rates servers idk why but servers have not so low online.
i hope in the future somebody create REALLY FUN server, but if it can be, it will in the futureeee
i know some fun servers >2000x rates but not international

I do not think free stay in a private server for uploading and uploading get that?
The good of private servers is easy to get things going for PVP.
This is my point of view threw for over 3 years and got official Rappelz lvl 166 if I chose to stay in PVE would not be looking for a private server.

A pvp server must have rather high rates and high and buffs too!
those who like to take to evolve will play the official server or server pve!
I think ridiculous pvp server with low rates xp!

That's the only real high rate server.

high rates arent what make u lvl fast, for example now legacy is x150, but because of buffs some people are 175+ already

Exp: 250x
Drop: 250x
Gold: 300x
