Oh mkay, I was thinking that when you are banned for 30 days it says when you try to access the server.

They might have a mysql querry to unban accounts tho.
Be sure you post on forum after 30 day what happened.
Once again :
1) Unban process has been held on 29th August for users who have been banned
during 23rd - 30th July period.
2) 30-day temporary ban will be applied as of 29th August, 2012.
They can't break their own rules so you are banned for 30 days. Hope I was helpful !
