[Help]using vac/non aggro on 130 maps

Ive downloaded the script that was provided by chiharu using winhex.. ive been trying to edit it to make it work on 130maps/mobs.. but failed.. any ideas?

yeah if .csv/data.pak editing go nowhere ;)
