Try delete
127.0.0.1 auth1.darkorbit-bot.com
127.0.0.1 auth2.darkorbit-bot.com
127.0.0.1 auth3.darkorbit-bot.com

your firewall blocking it.. allow pbdo and task creator in firewall

Check your antivir, maybe that blocked it.

Well, first try deleting it then re-downloading it, the move the taskcreator into the file, and not copy it.
If that doesn't work, and still come up with the same error, then it is definitely something to do with your connection.
Make sure that nothing is blocking it. I'm honestly not sure.
