Acc hacked?

Hi, can anyone help me? I have an acc what am boting have it on mail on bigpoint and keep changing name and passwrod and still someone is keep selling stuff from it ... how it is possible ?

is a good hacker than and he have something with you. I had a friend which happens exectly like you. Make a ticket to suport to close your account for a while NOW!!!

My friend make a ticket to BP and they close his acc until he found a solution.

like kokot1231 said keylogger. Put your antivirus to work on computer and until you escape of that keylogger close your accounAnd after change ALL YOUR PASSWORDS to all emails and accounts.

It can be Brutus or Keylogger in your PC. Try good malware scanner, & change details.
Can you send me one of your passwords for this account PM? I want only see how safe is your password.

If it was a keylogger why didn't he put your account on his mail? He has your password from your mail too than i suppose... So that doesn't make sence...

If your friend ask for you pass via facebook/msn etc..never give him! Send one message via phone to your friend to be sure

i did tell them and our bigpoint support voted best support 2012 told me that am responsable for my acc and they cant do anything, its my problem :D
