go to the skylab, transfer, how many Prometium, click the button who show the skylab, press send, finish !

j dsl did not understand when I click to build colecteur he told me to develop this building, you still lack Prometium 50, 0 and 0 Endurium Terbium, resources you can find floating mass in space. Press right on START and harvest them using your ship.
and dsl for my language because I maubaise utlise google translation

in this case colect with ship 50 endurium and 50 terbium ,then go to skylab and send from ship to skylab and ...that is it :)

you get a 100 prom forshooting a lordakia in the begining i believe :P but who cares about skylab when u still that low lol get some cr first then build in 3 weeks allout to 20 but seprom en prom take around 5-6 i think ^^
ps: base module needed for all levels to be 1 higher and solar for energy or you can't build out either :P
