Step 1: getting what you need
You need to download D2autohammer:

Step 2: installing D2autohammer
Download the file(see above)
Extract the file:
It should look similar to this
Next you will need to open your D2 and enter a game, to hammer you have to be out of town(duh) so walk outside:
O.O that part is hard i know dont worry it gets easyer
Next go back to the D2autohammer file and run the program(dont need to open the .txt file)
once it opens click on run:
This window should popup:
1: click and highlight the diablo 2 window that you want the auto hammer in if you have more then 1 diablo running you will see more then one target to highlight.
2:click in this box(the one that says "None"), then choose the hotkey assignment that you want it can be any letter or number, you can use one of the F keys or a combo using shift+?, ctrl+?, or alt+?.
After you have chosen your hotkey and selected the diablo II target the "Inject" button will become clickable, click it
After you click inject you should see:
Step 3: running it
Now all that you have to do is return to your D2 window and press your hotkey and you will start hammering
Just rinse and repeat for each D2 window that you need this running in use:
-nohide
in your diablo 2's shortcut's properties in the target line so that your window will not minimize when you click out of it
it will continue to run while the game is minimized so you do not have to use the -nohide but it is nice to be able to keep an eye on your hammerdin so he does not die
