you can communicate via skype but always do a trade request and add his name in middleman field..
and he must accept it..

after that you can rate positive or negative depending on how the trade goes..

thank you for answer, and I make trade request, and add his name in middleman field, but I aborted trade because, did not really trust him, but I make mistake ( I think so )
