NCD BM3 (How to catch error)

Anyone out there who can give me an advice on how to check if the character already have a BM3??

Ex:

Character(With BM3) == Use's NCD (Aura/BM123 Addr = 1) - Works Perfectly

BUT!!!

Character(W/O BM3) == Use's NCD (Aura/BM123 Addr = 1) - Client Close's

Tried to use try catch but still no effect.. >.<
