blessing reborn question

hey i was just wondering when i get reborn, if i chose blessing reborn will i get only -1% damage on a random item or i can get like -3% -5% -7%, does it change anything if you were reborn at 120 or 137? thanks

Il just explain the hole thing frome start.

When u rbs a char(water taoist) at the lvls 110-120 you can will get a random -1 to eather righthand or boots.

When u rbs any at the lvl 120-137 you will get a random -1 at any item you are wearing, the lvl dosent change any thing so long ur 120+.

If u want higher -dmg in your item, you got to use Super tortise gems, 1 fore -1 to -3, 3 fore -3 to -5 and 5 frome -5 to -7 your item.

and something else, u can get super tortoise only from mk,shopping mall or mine cave. So blessing is hard deal. I suggest that u start working on bless only if u got 2 soket or +8 items. Gl ;)
