cabal crashes when it loads up

ive been lookin around everywhere, and i got no kind of help...
so can anyone help me?!
im tryin to play on Cabal Adekz, and i downloaded the us cabal, and i installed and upated the us cabal 1st, then i installed the patchs for adekz, and when i dragged and dropped them into the cabal folder and start cabal it loads up then crashes... cant even get to the login screen, and im not using any illegal programs while cabal is open, can somone help me please?

1.Reinstalling the game might fix it
2.Maybe your AntiVirus is blocking cabal so if your AntiVirus got something like "Exceptions" , put the cabal folder there . Same thing with firewall :)
Also there is a sticky in the official forums . Try looking at that

i already did reinstalled it, and i installed redcabal, and im about to try to see if it'll work or not, and i have AVG, so i already put cabal on my exception list, but it stills crashes, and i checked [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and got no kinda help ='(

4) The Game Shuts Down Unexpectedly
Solution : This is a hardware issue and we are still working on the solution. I will update this as soon as we, the tech team, can / find the solution.


For RedCabal client first install EastAsianLanguage pack to prevent crashing .
