yes it work, but if want to send money to paypal, one must copie your ID card and send it to bwin or upload it to the site ..

Yes, but if you want to payout you must send your id card.
Also you cant cashin and cashout, you must bet !

Du musst eine Kopie deines Perso an BWIn schicken damit du Geld auszahlen kannst.
Das Geld kannst du nur auf ein PayPal Konto auszahlen lassen.
Du kannst nicht Geld (PSC) einzahlen und gleich wieder auszahlen (PayPal) sondern du musst mit dem Geld 1x wetten bevor du es dir auszahlen lassen kannst

Sorry but I dont speak germany only english :-)

you must send an copy of your identify card to bwin if you want to cashout money.
you can only cash it out to an verified paypal konto or bank konto.
you cant cashin with paysafecard and cashout it to paypal.
you must bet 1 time with your cashed in money.
