[Release] CABAL EP9 GameGuard Killer

I'm not able to unpack ep9 clients. I'm releasing a dll to bypass GameGuard.
Other versions (ID/TH/SG) will follow after fixing NA bugs.

Features:
GameGuard Bypass
ENC check removed

Instruction:
1. Download a DLL injector
2. Inject to cabalmain.exe

False positive report might occur because file is protected.
