Get a gfxfilemanager.dll from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] .

That isn't the problem I think the launcher requires another dll since it's from KSRO which is a bit different.

You need a dll called "deviance.dll":
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

you renamed it to gfxfilemanager1, delete the '1' at the end of ur gfxfilemanager
EDIT: sorry, ive seen now, that u have 2 gfxfilemanager in ur folder
