What if i cant remember which mail i used for Jabber?
And secondly, i won my Kbot GG licence here.. do i still get my licence if i create a new account on Gmail?

did you maka new account on google and put your details in new cc? no! so try it first and then you ask any questions.

I got my licenses when I entered my google details, not when registered...

The licenses are in a separate Database. GOOGLE nor JABBER store our licenses. That just allows resellers to send Credits(Cr) to buyers Control Center so that they can buy a license.

You still have your licenses active, just that you cant see them in your CC anymore so you cant move the license. no worries, i have the same problem.

I disagree, sorry, most of the information about what is going on is provided in [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Most resellers go to this site, figure out what is going on, them copy it on their site, then act as if they are smart & know everything. :facepalm:FORGET about jabber. we use google for the time being.
Yes, you still do, Google nor Jabber store our licenses, that just allows resellers to send Credits to buyers Control Center. All our licenses are SAFE!

You have to buy a move license from a reseller.
If the account does not appear in the Control Center means you have either switched to a new computer of completely formatted/erased everything on the one you have.
If so, then you are screwed and will have to talk to ivan about that.
