How do you make Perfect World International private servers? If not PWI then how bout PW-MY English?

you download a server, you must have a REALLY powerful PC to be able to run the server and YOU CANT use the same PC to run the server and the game otherwise it will lag like shit, i wont give you much but i'll point you in the right direction: [Only registered and activated users can see links.
