[Release]Multi-patcher_s4

Hi everyone,

I modified patcher_s4.exe and now you have these functions:

- You can open some patcher_s4 (but unfortunately you can start only the first, I try to fix in "next" version) - You can open it also S4Client.exe is running (normally If you open it when S4Client.exe is running, patcher_s4 close it)

This patcher_s4 is useful to study a Multiclient from it.

SPECIAL: I added another patcher_s4 that I've changed ITA language to JAP language, just for fun ^_^. (only ITA->JAP)

SPECIAL2: I added another patcher_s4 that I've changed S4Client.exe to S4Client1.exe, If help to make a multiclient. (same function of Multi-s4_patcher)
