[HELP]Port 80 Error

ok so i have a problem with my reg page

here it is: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
im the only one who can see it!!!
nobody else can see my reg page except me

my server version 5165 <<<

I think i know the problem but no way to fix
on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
it says: Port 80 is closed on ((myexternalip))
sooo.... how do i forward it (( heres an image of how i forwarded it right now

Forward it both UDP and TCP as well.

Do you notice that no one but you could reach this ip ?

Because it is an internal ip...

You must neither use Hamachi or forward port 80 and give us your public ip address via the link below

Im sorry if i do stuff wrong guys.. its just that everyone goes through trial and error and well yea. everything takes effort
