Need help creating account PLS

hi guys,

i am from 2moons and i wanna switch to dekaron.

im a very high lvl in 2moons but i wanna switch to the new character now and the only client i know of s the dekaron Korean version 1.

can some1 pls help me create an account,

i have found a valid working KSSN but when ever i fill in the details it says im doing something wrong

that's an image of what the account creation looks like but i can not figure out what info to put into the boxes just to make it bloody work,

can someone please take that image and put guides to each box in what to put into the boxes please,
