Server Problem!! Anyone could Help me out

Whenever i open the Source Of my server i get this message
I checked the Pass and user of Mysql and that i added the database correctly

but check this out and guide me to fix this problem if u can

Error plainly says the user/pass it's using for sql connection is not correct. Check all your configurations, double check them by manually connecting to sql using the user/pass you set it to, etc.

and maybe dont copy/paste the CursedWay-console file *which u gave screenshots for* and put into ur client as its faster .. this gives errors .. i tried it ... the error was exactly like that .. try opening it from the source file
