[Help] Setting up server so other people can connect

Just want some help setting up my server so that i can get a friend on it. This is not a server to go public for everyone just a couple of friends so we can test gear and other things. So i have the server set up and operational that part is done. I seen where people talk about xampp so i have that downloaded. I created the folder c:xampp/htdocs/gicons. Now after that is where i get lost. So anyhelp from someone that knows and willing to help would be great.

You need to edit the upload.opt and gameserver.opt after creating the folder.

gameserver.opt (edit the ips and ports to yours)

Hey all i have a Problem with my rappelz private server i am hosting with Hamachi but 1 week ago my computer crash i got everything set back up but other peeps cant login only me. They are in my room but b4 the computer crash it was all fine everyone in my room was able login on my server all setting are the same but no1 can't login my server anyone got hint's please private message me or Comment here thanks all :)
