Decompile file .exe

I need a program to decompile .exe, i've already have Dis# but it doesn't work with the file that i've to decompile...
Please help me!

What?

IDA Pro with HexRay.
IDA is a disassembler, HexRay the Decompiler.
however it will create very lowlevel C-Code which i guess you wont understand.

If it is a .Net program you could also use .NET Reflector...
