For which source patch?

Check your files and find Commands.cs, the list of commands should be in there. Use search button also there's a lot of commands released out there.

im Donator Only.. i dont have a database in server... 5621 version...

Dude, NOT all sources have commands.cs, you can have it anywhere you like.
On-Topic: They're the same as impulse's base patch 5517, unless if someone changed them, which I doubt.

Check your chat.cs perhaps. unless for some reason you dont have commands

Perhaps the code u entered for jadehare /one handed accessories is not correct?
