x7 Question please help

okay i finaly for x7 loader to work with the new 3.1.1 version and its saying that
7.7 is to small and so is 23.7 is this bad or does it always do this ?

or how do i fix this cause i was so excited and now its not working

Don't Removing Any Letter Or Adding Letters Its Says : Too Small OR Too Big For That
