Warning to All Botters and Tools

You have been found to be using an external bot to play the game for you. We developed a script to detect the users who used this and we have a accurate take on who was bot using. You are one of these users. Under the Terms and Conditions of Bigpoint, to which you agreed upon:

1.2.9 The Games and Services can only be accessed by means of a standard web browser or special tools which have been provided or expressly approved by Bigpoint GmbH (Ban on of non-authorized scripts). In other words: The use of programs which cause excessive server load are strictly forbidden. The application of software to systematically or automatically control games or individual game functions such as bots, macros, etc. or to reproduce or evaluate games, game components or content provided on the Bigpoint platform is prohibited.

We have been lenient in this case and instead we have terminated your account under section 8 of the Terms and Conditions:

The User knowingly violates any law or the rules of the Games and/or Services, and does not discontinue his/her actions despite having received a warning. A warning is not required in case of a severe offense where it would be unreasonable to expect Bigpoint GmbH to remain bound by the contract.

and:

The User violates the prohibition of non-authorized scripts (see Sec. 1.2 above).

The account has therefore been removed from gameplay, the rules on such matters have been clear to you. You willingly broke the rules of the game; now you must face the consequences of this.

The evidence is clear and as such we consider this matter closed.

wow... ive never actually seen that message before. i have had the allen guy respond to one of my messages when the d.o lag made me lose my gate. he just said about my clearing my cache etc, then i responded saying it cant be that then he just replied with some flash player crap. d.o admins can do 1.

thats a retarded statement
bots can always be built better, and in this case, it can be avoided if the bots go log-in a certain way

btw, this account was only boxybotted, as it wasnt mine till yesterday (got banned today)
and i would never touch boxybot with a 90ft pole
but, this is to all developers, just warning you guys

This isn't anything new, any kind of botting has it's risks of getting banned. Boxybot or ANY other bot are of no exception. The "anti-bot" script is based off your behavior, things such as Boxes collected and hours played. The ONLY way you can make a bot "safer" is if you set it to imitate human behaviors. And even then you still have a decently big risk of getting banned.

developers try their best..
bigpoint records everything.. the time you spent cloaked.. boxes collected etc..
time since registration.. and no matter what you do a botter can be spotted

Let me explain one thing for everyone...
Il you create one acc ancde bot 5-6 per its ok
If you have alredy one acc liv 16 never botted..you are ban!

you dont have to be worried.. they caught once the general i had before 3 years..NO BOT,NOTHING.. they said: We are sorry we taken an report from an other player... and this report was by a other guy who was under me in hall of fame and he had friend an admin... NOW I HAVE FRIENDS IN ANONYMOUS WHAT I HAVE TO DO ???

Hack the ACP ;-) and give the person under you a perma ban ^^

But works bp with banstages or is it perma ban if you get caught by first time of botting

Sie haben sich mit einem externen bot das Spiel für Sie spielen. Wir entwickelten ein Skript, um die Benutzer, die diese verwendet erkennen und wir haben eine genaue, wer wurde bot mit zu nehmen. Du bist einer von diesen Benutzern. Unter den Bedingungen von Bigpoint, auf die Sie vereinbart:

Der Nutzer wissentlich gegen geltendes Recht oder die Regeln der Spiele und / oder Services, und nicht einzustellen seine / ihre Handlungen trotz eine Warnung erhalten. Eine Warnung wird nicht im Falle einer schweren Straftat, wo es unvernünftig wäre zu erwarten, Bigpoint GmbH zu bleiben an den Vertrag gebunden erforderlich.

Der Nutzer verstößt gegen das Verbot von nicht zugelassenen Skripts (siehe Sec. 1,2 oben).

Das Konto hat daher von Gameplay entfernt wurde, haben sich die Vorschriften auf diesem Gebiet klar zu Ihnen. Sie bereitwillig brach die Regeln des Spiels, jetzt müssen Sie die Konsequenzen daraus zu stellen.

Die Beweise sind eindeutig und als solche betrachten wir diese Angelegenheit geschlossen.

Do they really think bot's logon with excessive server load? lol... just lool...

The bot does logon with an browser based useragent, it just grabs your info to logon to the main game server.. So I don't get the "Excessive server load" part of this bullshit lol!

EDIT: Does begun to looks like a: DAMN... We need to bann someone even if they're not even cheating, just to let the real players do believe we DO something about botters!!

Bigpoint the only person who made players use bots for the game.
every update they made it costs with uridium besides they make the game looking worth than before and they are loosing alot of players very fast, so unless bigpoint stop making new things in game that make the game ugly, then we won't stop botting.
