What you need :

- Minimum Speed 100kb/s , Optic Fiber
- IP ROUTABIL / PORT FORWARD !
- 1-2 GB space on disk
- Patience
Ok guys first of all I quited epvp so I can't give much support to my threads anymore but here's something I can do : Make a Counter-Strike 1.6 Server Steam + Non steam with links up to date in the easiest method possible .
1. Download the Auto-Installer from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2. After it Downloads create a folder in any of your Drives ( C: / D: ) called HLDS (it's used the most but you can put any name you want) and open the Server-Creator
3. Choose as destination the folder you've just created and let it work (it may take some time) . After it finishes it must have between 315mb and 325mb in order to work . If it has less it means you have to go to step 2 again .
-Now the server is done but don't hurry up because we still need some configs to do
4. Now we must make the server playable for everyone . (If you want your server to be steam only skip this step)
-Download the Patch for this from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] .
-Install it into the Server main folder (HLDS)
5. Now go to HLDS\cstrike\server.cfg and open it with notepad . Delete everything it's written there and copy-paste this :
*Save and Exit the file
6. Now we must activate the Main Plug-in Metamod . To do this go to HLDS\cstrike\liblist.gam and add the following line below the current ones :
7. Activate sounds (headshot etc.)
-What you need to do is go to HLDS\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs and open plugins.ini with notepad .
-Go to line 40 and delete that " ; " in from of misctats.amxx
8. Activate /rank and /top15
-Again go to HLDS\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs and open amxx.cfg .
-Go to line 161 and put " 0 " instead of " 1 " at csstats_rank
9. Add maps to your server
Extremely simple . Just copy-paste and replace the Maps folder from your Counter-Strike 1.6 Game directory to your Counter-Strike 1.6 Server directory (HLDS) .
10. Make your server public
Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] . Down the page you will see Submit Servers , just click on it :)
Voila Done ....
Now here comes an Extra for you .
Ok here is a list of all mod lists I know to install :
-SuperHero = Play with Super-Hero powers
-WC3 = WC3 Powers
-Gun-game = Kill to gain new weapons
-Respawn = The round never ends

Superhero admin commands (type in server console)
戢mx_shsetlevel <nick | @team | @ALL | #userid> <level> gives level to a player ( amx_shsetlevel Gigi 5 - si Gigi este trecut pe nivelul 5 superhero )
戢mx_shsetxp <nick | @team | @ALL | #userid> <xp> - sets the players xp
戢mx_shaddxp <nick | @team | @ALL | #userid> <xp> - gives xp to a player
戢mx_shban <nick or #userid> - the player can't is banned from using powers
戢mx_shunban <nick | #userid | authid | ip> - unbans the player from using powers
戢mx_shresetxp - deletes all the xp from the server from all players(like a reset)
新ay /herolist
新ay /playerskills

2. WC3
Just download the attachment and choose HLDS as installation directory
