I guess there are some people who know that already, but I will post it.
Can't post screenshots since the server where I tested it is down, maybe I can post them later.
It's only useful for items which have a level requirement, like Redosmium is for level 99+.
You need:
- Cheat Engine
- Cabal server with reborn system
- At least one item with level requirement

1. Get the needed level on your server to be allowed to reborn.
2. Equip the item/items, like a Redosmium Katana.
3. Open Cheat Engine, attach to cabal process and so on.
4. Search for your level -> first scan
5. Log out, use the reborn system.
Since you are now reborn, you are low level and you don't have the def/attack from your equipped items, because you don't have their level. Just leave them equipped, don't take them off.
6. Open again your old Cheat Engine, search again for your level -> next scan
7. Edit the value of your level adress to around 150.
8. Freeze the adress.
9. Relog (select character -> choose same character)
Go to stronger monster and try your damage/defense.
You won't see your own items on your character.
Now you are on low level but with high equip, especially effective for server with forcium/mithril.
Simply but useful :)
