If KbocCC is offline, means resellers cant send credits to people who want to buy Kbot so they would have to wait a while before receiving their credits.

no i mean the CC = Controll Center is offline

and send to all programm a error message, when start jabber/jid wrong or can't connect --> because the licenses
= can't login in KOS/KBOT/KERKAVA //////////// no connection to CC "offline" = the programms can't connect

As i said above, the only bad thing about KbotCC(Kbot Control Center) being offline is that resellers/sellers of Kbot/Kerkava/KOS cannot send credits to customers so that the customer can buy the program.
If KbotCC is offline, you can still use these programs(Kbot,Kerkava,KOS) and they will work fine.
