u need hestia manual and fearless manual , u put hestia manual in combination , and after that fearless manual and it works. Thats all ill say.

1st u need to refine hestia neck. Doesnt matter if success or fail. Do NOT close the refine window(after u refine hestia). Now put everything for fearless. Refine. Not 100% success rate but I think harder to get all items on 1 toon(need ALL hestia and ALL fearless refine items on one toon). I think hestia neck opens up fearless refine option on server side. Well I got 20 more fearless manuals and zero Podons. Ill be the one farming at flame bears ^_^
