i do all server but want to know how to open it?

I think you must read 'How to start a server' Tutorial again

For gods sake plese dont help him so he could open a server for 2h and when a bug appears just close it or spam here how to fix it.If you cant run a server on that basic lvl than please for the love of god dont even try.

Read the guides in the Guides section.
If you still have no idea you should better don't work on it.
