hi can i ask some qustion please iam a metin 2 privet server GM
1- how to Change Wepeon attack rate
2- how Change armor color Like GM's White armors
3- how to make teleportar !!?
4- how to change Armor Statue like 1000 Dex ?!!
5- how to change NPC language to English !!?
6- how to make an NPC that i can find to put some items in there !!?
7-how to make a Game Server Patcher and how to make Updates TO server !!?

1. Need to do that over database.
2. White armors aren't GM armors, they're just bugged armors so they look white.
3. You need to write quest for that.
4. You need to do that on database or use admin panel it'll be easier for you.
5. You need to edit mob_proto clientside and then serverside for sure to have everything equal.
6. You need to make shop, using database too, you need to do stuff with shop_item and item_proto_shop.
7. There's a release by musicinstructor for Autopatcher creation, check it, and the word 'update' isn't just a word, update means that you do re-new/fix files, so you put up the latest modified stuff.

and where can i find database !!!?
