Good server !?

What i search is a non hamachi server. with medium rates not too low not too high. without such hardcorelags and a challenge ingame. it should have npcs for cs items but not a donation shop ! German or english server ! no arabic or others

the server shouldnt shut down after 3 weeks any ideas i can t fin2d some ... (top 100 suck )

2 threads, and not sure there is a server without cs items in NPC's lol!

Well its 30x Rates not to high not to low.
We have some cs items in game NPC's and up to tier 4 pets
This server gives everybody a bit of a challenge and have there own custom pets.
