Good server !?

What i search is a non hamachi server. with medium rates not too low not too high. without such hardcorelags and a challenge ingame. it should have npcs for cs items but not a donation shop ! German or english server ! no arabic or others

the server should shut down after 3 weeks any ideas i can t fin2d some ... (top 100 suck )

All servers need something to donate for.... how do you expect the host to pay to host it?
