its been 24 hrs since i used KOS and now it shows red button, in the official site it shows that it is Online.. is it due to 24 hrs trial time??

Yes your trial time is up and if you want to keep using KOpensealth you have to buy a license.

in bestbots is 25€, in kbot cc is 15€, but u dont need to buy it, u can use it without licence until ??? day, after, u will have to buy or quit kos
