no-ip or hide ip from register

Yo. i have some problem with my register page.. Every one who just want can check my server ip in register page with use "right click on pass window and click " inspect element " then... i need some help for hide it. How you guys think, how i can hide it ? no ip or ? I would be grateful for your help...

this work only in background. no in register window. check it ;)

what register have u ? then make It in the register script not on the Page.
