Janus and bg stuff gone

dear epvper,
as the title says ,

i had all my janus from jump event and now they are gone
some stuff in inventory is gone like SEED OF CHILLS , PIECE OF ARTIFACT , CRYSTAL OF CHAOS and more ...
the second page of my storage is also almost completely gone...

and i can't putt other items in that place , what should i do

already wrote a ticket to webzen but well we all know webzen ....

some one thath can help me? thanks

get updated ini or reinstall

yeah tryed to replace the stuff but when i log into archlord , same thing , can't see my stuff so doesn't work

Did you try the latest original ini? I uploaded that, till now helped on everybody.

i think you have "old" modified itemtemplateentry.ini
