ECSRO is the only server that can Spawn Roc. Althou cSRO and kSRO(maybe jSRO too) can spawn ROC, but since the topic is in pserver section its in ECSRO.

Download from somewhere the particles.pk2 and the new media.pk2, and u will be OK :)
