Nope there is not way to put a bounty on someones head as there is no feature implemented in the game, e.g. u cant trade.

Well...maybe you could tell your clan to kill a certain somebody, and give them a reward if they kill them. But otherwise, no there is not an implanted feature with this.

Hmmm i think its a very good ideea ... put a bounty on a certain player and pay him with uri from your account . ?????

i don't think you can pay anyone with uri unless you buy it for the account. been playing since before skylab was first implemented, and there was no trading between players...

and since you'd have to give account login info for someone to buy uri for you... not a good idea really... unless you can buy a gift uri package from DO, that is.
