[Help] Network error 64

Hi guys,
i've been working hard on my source, and then, when i run everything, it works nice.
ONLY 1 problem, i got stuck on char lobby,worldserver display 1 CCU (user online) and cache or login or one of them give me a little error as well as neuz,
