So you don't have your .ini files with the right IP address or right credentials for your database connection.

Same as above, you need to have the correct IP in the INI's, if it's a local test server use 127.0.0.1, if it's public find it with IPconfic in cmd.

found my ip, i used it instead of the default gateway ip and now here is what i get

2012-08-17 06:05:56 PS_USERLOG__system log start (Tactical Shaiya)

2012-08-17 06:06:13 DB userlog connect error, Server=(My vps ip), DBName=PS_UserData, User=Shaiya, Pass=Shaiya123

2012-08-17 06:06:13 3 1 SService::ServiceCtrlDispatcher(): m_pService->Init()

2012-08-17 06:06:13 PS_USERLOG__system log end (Tactical Shaiya)

2012-08-17 06:06:13 3 1 SService::ServiceCtrlDispatcher(): service shutdown

where i put (my vps ip) is what i made the public ip but i dont think thats right...

When your creating the server,you need to create a login user :Shaiya pass :Shaiya123 and enforce password to change next login and retype Shaiya123 then it will work and session wont fail again
