dude... they are all over the forums... how about instead of posting with a question, you look at the section you posted in and download or find tutorials on everything you just asked for. it is all here. :) we take care of it. good luck :)

Maybe English is not his/her primary language. Many folks make a pompous mistake of believing that the whole world speaks English.
