hi im looking for a tip, i have done my own server to play with friends and family and i need my pc for other things and i need upload to a VPS, which is best, Linux Vps or Windows server Vps?

But unfortunatly I don't have time anymore to offer these kind of services.
There are some alternatives however, but I would advise you to get a small dedicated server somewhere. Most vps providers won't like you to run private servers on them, especially not silkroad (it reserves a lot of RAM)
You might want to check out hetzner.de or kimsufi.ie
