Can't Login to the game :(

Problem with game login (getting kicked)

Hello everyone, I have a little problem with logging in.
I created a server first with hamachi and used the portmap and everything and when MY FRIEND logged in to the game. It logged him in and he created a character but when he clicked start the game loaded but then it sent him back to the channels list window. (it didn't log him in\it kicked him).
So I changed it from hamachi to behind the router and when he logged in and started the game it kicked him again.
does anyone know how to solve this problem

your friend have to start with the "surakopf" exe

Oh thanks am going to try that, but if i get a vds, do players have to start with surakopf.exe too ?
