2moons Item Mall

I have few questions regarding 2moons item mall.

1. Items from item mall are tradeable?
2. Is it possible to buy item from item mall and trade it right away without a level requirements or time restrictions?

maybe use acclaim 2moons forum for that kind of questions? its a hacking forum..

Idk. Ive been able to open shops and put Auto Pots up for sell in the shop. So idk if that counts.
