Skill Balance Preview Server ?

I got an email from webzen.As i understand there will be a previewserver.
You will get these things when you create new character on this server(Ofc. for only event period and that server):
Lv120 Character
2nd Heroic Armor Sets and Weapons
Items for Battle (idk what that means but email says that)

Event Period:August 16~19 /2012

As i understand if you participate you willl get various items.
But my question is what we need to do for participate ? Only create a character on that server ?

you must send an application via mail to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] with your account details (character name, level and server, ofc NOT id or pw) and then wait till they release the link for the new cliente needed to play on that server.

no email need to be send. new client link will be up tomorrow.
its for everyone not elected people.

if u send mail u get 100k charisma

Hum are you sure ? because Volunteer ask on Wz forum " who want come test " and selec old player with a certain Knowledge of game .
If its public no probl , if they select only some ppl , it could be good if someone can upload the new client =D

All ppl can play that? I just heard, that only the PPl who get the mail can play on that server. :)

yeah i dont understand it....
they told us to invite certain people
and now it seems none of that mattered?

(I didnt even invite anyone since I have been inactive for 9 months)

did'nt everyone get that email? I've checked 8 accounts now and all got the email and can connect to the server.
