metin2client.exe and root

Hi, i have a client but i want to disable to load the files from root and i want it to load the files where is the metin2client.exe . I have seed long time a go this form of load but how i can do it on any metin2client.exe ? Can someone help me pls ? How is the client Modified-Client_4.0 . How i can add to this a 2010,2011 launcher ?

i want to can do that on every client just to load for example system.py and other .py file from the client folder where is metin2client.exe and not from root.eix and root.epk.
How is the client Modified-Client_4.0
