Are you using CRC bypass?
I remember i just change the walk/run speed to something like 0.0000001 so they don't move at all.

This is the major part of the edits, you can make the "minor" tweaks as you like:
Red = Non-agro
Green = Laiden walk speed

how about CE ?

mass spawn for CE is found in the vac script
